  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as WordPress. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
